Fees

  • Registration fees for authors of full/short papers is US$295.
  • Each accepted paper must have at least one registration.
  • Registration fees for non-authors is US$50.
  • Registration fees for IEEE SMC members/full time students is US$250.
    • To be eligible for student rate you must email a letter from your Department Head/Chair that states you are a full time student to sumia@icmla-conference.org.
  • Regular papers should be up to 6 pages long.
    • Authors of regular papers can add up to 2 extra pages, at an additional cost of $50 per page.
    • A regular paper cannot be more than 8 pages long. References and any other additional material must be included in this number of pages.
  • Short papers (accepted for poster presentation) should be up to 4 pages long.
    • Authors of short papers can add up to 2 extra pages, at an additional cost of $50 per page.
    • A short paper cannot be more than 6 pages long. References and any other additional material must be included in this number of pages.
  • Late registration fees for those who register after the deadline (October 8th) is US$350 .
  • Cancelation policy: If registration is cancelled before 8th November 2020, 75% of the registration fee can be refunded. There will be no refund of the registration fee after 9th November 2020 inclusive

Step 1 Click on payment button and a new page will open of SBI Collect. Agree to SBI terms and click proceed button.
Step 2 Select "SummerSchool" in payment category. Fill the details correctly, pay the total amount and get receipt's image or document.
NOTE : Choose correct category and pay total amount of that category. Any wrong amount or detail will lead to cancellation of admission.
Step 3 Click on Register button to fill out your details in Google form and upload the fee receipt.

Submit Your Paper for Review

Papers submitted for reviewing should conform to IEEE specifications. Manuscript templates can be downloaded from IEEE website. The maximum length of papers is 8 pages. All the papers will go through double-blind peer review process. Authors’ names and affiliations should not appear in the submitted paper. Authors’ prior work should be cited in the third person. Authors should also avoid revealing their identities and/or institutions in the text, figures, links, etc.
